From an upstairs perch at the beach side <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Pa' ia Youth and Cultural Center (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pyccmaui.org\/ \" target=\"_blank\">Pa&#8217; ia Youth and Cultural Center<\/a>, Civitello manages KOPO-LP, whose on-air hosts range in age from 9 to 19 years old.
